This searchable database contains our complete analysis of state-level AI legislation relevant to mental health. From an initial review of 793 AI Mental Health-related bills introduced across all 50 states (January 2022 - May 2025), we identified and analyzed 143 bills with potential impact on mental health AI. Each bill has been systematically categorized using our four-tier taxonomy system (Explicit, Substantively Relevant, Incidentally Implicative, or Not Relevant) and tagged across 25 policy dimensions including oversight, liability, privacy, and safety standards. Use the filters below to explore which states are leading regulatory efforts, identify policy gaps, and track emerging trends in mental health AI governance. This supplementary material allows researchers, policymakers, and clinicians to explore the data underlying our findings that most states lack mental health-specific AI regulations despite active legislative efforts.
